• Business Cards: Metal business cards with laser cutting and engraving
• Specialty Products: Custom metal products as per specifications

3.2 Design Services

We offer design consultation and creation services including:

• Concept development and design recommendations
• Technical drawings and specifications
• Material selection guidance
• Finishing technique recommendations

3.3 Service Limitations

Our services are subject to:

• Minimum order quantities as specified in quotes
• Technical feasibility and manufacturing capabilities
• Material availability and supplier constraints
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. User Obligations

4.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or products that violate applicable laws
• Creating counterfeit currency, official insignia, or copyrighted materials
• Products that promote hate, violence, or discrimination
• Items that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Products intended for deceptive or fraudulent purposes

• Ensuring you have rights to use all provided materials

5. Ordering & Payment Terms

5.1 Quote Process

Our ordering process includes:

4. Design approval and production authorization

5.2 Pricing & Payment

Payment terms include:

• Setup Fees: One-time charges for design and tooling
• Unit Pricing: Based on quantity, materials, and complexity
• Payment Schedule: 50% deposit, balance before shipping
• Currency: All prices in EUR unless otherwise specified
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or approved alternatives

5.3 Quote Validity

All quotes are:

• Valid for 30 days from issue date
• Subject to material cost fluctuations
• Binding upon written acceptance
• May require update for significant delays

Shipping and delivery include:

• Shipping Methods: Standard courier, express, or specialized shipping
• Delivery Time: 3-7 business days within Europe
• Packaging: Professional protective packaging included
• Insurance: All shipments insured at full value
• Tracking: Provided for all orders

6.3 Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, supplier issues, or government regulations.

7. Quality Assurance & Warranty

7.1 Quality Standards

FORZIMA guarantees:

• Products manufactured to approved specifications
• Use of high-quality materials as specified
• Professional finishing and attention to detail
• Thorough quality inspection before shipping

7.2 Warranty Coverage

We provide warranty for:

• Manufacturing Defects: 12 months from delivery
• Material Quality: 12 months under normal use
• Finish Quality: 6 months with proper care

7.3 Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse or improper handling
• Alterations made by third parties
• Design changes requested after production

7.4 Returns & Replacements

For valid warranty claims:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Provide photographic evidence of defects
• Return products in original packaging
• Replacement or refund at our discretion

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Customer Content

Regarding your provided designs and content:

• You retain all rights to your original designs
• You grant us license to use for manufacturing purposes
• You confirm you have rights to all provided materials
• You indemnify us against intellectual property claims

8.2 FORZIMA Property

We retain rights to:

• Our manufacturing processes and techniques
• Technical drawings we create
• Process improvements and innovations
• Our brand, trademarks, and business methods

8.3 Collaborative Designs

For designs we help create:

• Shared ownership of collaborative elements
• Customer exclusive use for their purposes
• FORZIMA right to use for portfolio/marketing
• Specific agreements for complex projects

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Liability Limitations

FORZIMA's liability is limited to:

• Direct damages up to the order value
• Replacement or refund of defective products
• Reasonable costs directly attributable to our errors

9.2 Excluded Damages

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Third-party claims or damages
• Delays beyond our reasonable control

9.3 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Verifying legal compliance in their jurisdiction
• Proper use and handling of products
• Consequences of design choices
• Third-party intellectual property issues

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Customer

Customers may cancel orders:

• Before Production: Full refund minus setup costs
• During Production: Charges for work completed
• After Completion: No refund, delivery required

10.2 Termination by FORZIMA

We may terminate services for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or prohibited use requests
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Abusive or threatening behavior

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments become due immediately
• Work in progress charged proportionally
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Completed products must be paid for

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by:

• Laws of Bulgaria
• European Union regulations where applicable
• International trade conventions

11.2 Dispute Resolution

For dispute resolution we prefer:

1. Direct Communication: Good faith discussion
